In process industries, many processes contain highly Abrasive slurries, highly viscous liquids, liquids solidifying at ambient temperature which are difficult to handle with conventional valves. For such liquids, we manufacture Y-type flush bottom valves.

The Valve flushes with vessel bottom from inside of the vessel – the seat barrel is extended to the bottom inner level. This will eliminate cylindrical cavity between valve seat & vessel bottom, thus identical conditions – temperature – prevail on valve seat & vessel bottom.
