All ball valves are full ported and meet the design requirements British Standard BS 5351, API 6D and generally conform to ASME B 16.34 Valves are available in Size Range of ½” (15 NB) to 12” (300 NB), and pressure range from Class 150# to 800#. All valves are Lever Operated upto 4" and 6" and Above Gear Operated. 

Design Features

Anti Blow-out proof stem - All Ball Valves have anti blow-out proof stem designed to protect the valve from stem blowout in case of any excessive line pressure that is higher than design pressure of valve. Stem is designed with integral "T" type shoulder and is inserted from inside the valve body to prevent blowout.

Anti Static Device - The built up of static electricity can occur as a result of constant rubbing of Ball against the PTFE seats. In anti-static feature spring loaded balls are provided between stem and body and between stem and ball to ensure electrical continuity.

Fire Safe Design - In case the primary PTFE seat is destroyed by fire, the secondary metal seat provides metal to metal contact between seat and ball which prevents spreading of both media and fire. Valves order for compliance with API 607 will be provided with Graphite packing and gaskets.

ISO 5211 Mounting Pad - Top flange is designed as per EN 5211 for direct mounting and easy installation of electrical/ pneumatic actuators.
