Pure Graphite foil & sheets (UKL
GS) – A Pure expanded Graphite foil manufactured from purified natural Graphite
flakes. UKL GS feature high dependability, even under demanding operating
conditions.
It is extensively used in Automobile,
Chemical, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Steel, Industrial Furnace and other
sectors.
Pure graphite tape and slit coil is
also supplied in different sizes.
UKL Graphite foil is available in width
of 1M & 1.5M in roll of various length and thicknesses.

Reinforced Graphite sheets
UKL flexible graphite sheets can also be supplied with reinforcing
materials to increase the tensile strength, load bearing capacity and improve
handling characteristics.
Laminated graphite sheet materials such as UKL GPS/ GSL are often used
as a replacement for asbestos-based materials owing to their excellent
chemical resistance, temperature and thermal capability. It is extensively used
in Petrochemical, Steel, Chemical and Automobile industries for various
applications
UKL Graphite sheets with plain
stainless steel (SS316L) foil insert sizes available are 1Mx1M & 1.5Mx1.5M
maximum up to 3mm thickness.
UKL GPS
Reinforced Graphite sheets (UKL GPS) – A Pure exfoliated Graphite sheet
with tanged stainless steel reinforcement for improved blow out resistance and
ease of handling. Suitable for maximum pressure up to 200 bar & 450 Degree
Celsius temperature.
Temperature Range : – 240 oC
to + 460 oC
Maximum Working Pressure – 200 Bar
UKL GSL
Reinforced Graphite sheets (UKL GSL) –
A Multi-layered graphite sealing sheet with high strength made of 0.5 mm thick
layers of high purity graphite foil and stainless steel foil of 0.05 mm or
0.1mm thickness.
Temperature Range : – 240 oC to + 460 oC Maximum Working Pressure – 140 Bar
